Product maintenance:
(1) For the damaged parts of the paint film on the metal structure, the surface of the component should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust paint and decorative paint film to protect the metal surface from rust after rain and snow.
(2) Anti-rust work should be done carefully on the moving parts of the crane, such as the connecting pins between the sling and the crane, the guide wheels, and the wheels of the trolley. After stopping the machine, you can first clean these parts with a brush to remove impurities, moisture, rust spots, etc. that may cause rust, and then use -10 or -20 diesel oil on these parts. Because -10 or -20 diesel oil has stronger permeability than engine oil, the loaded hinged parts can penetrate into it, forming an oil film on the metal surface. Because of its low freezing point, it can resist low temperatures.
(3) After cleaning and lubricating with diesel oil, apply a layer of lubricating oil. The electric hoist has a compact structure. The electric hoist with the motor axis perpendicular to the drum axis adopts a worm gear transmission device. Its disadvantages are: large length and width, bulky structure, low mechanical efficiency, and difficult processing. The hydraulic system is dual-controlled, and the overflow regulating valve and magnetic contact pressure gauge can accurately control the pressure. The electrical control department adopts low voltage control to increase the safety of the control system. Calcium-based or lithium-based greases are good choices because these two types of greases are mechanically stable, firm and stable; they have good properties such as good adhesion and water resistance, and their freezing point can reach -20 degrees. When applying grease, the coating should not be too thick.
