Main rack strength
The D10T2's durable design simplifies service and maintenance for optimal usability, allowing you to get more done. Customers can retrofit these dozers multiple times using the same frame with only minor repairs required.
In demanding dozing and ripping appliions, the D10T2 main frame effectively absorbs high impact loads and torsional forces.
The main housing, stabilizer bar saddle, and front cross member are heavy-duty steel castings and are integrated into high-load areas of the main frame to improve stress distribution and therefore durability.
The top and bottom rails are constructed from continuous rolled steel, ensuring superior durability of the main frame.
The main housing keeps the final drive away from the ground work area to protect it from impact, wear and contamination.
Pivots and pin-mounted equalizer bars keep the track roller frames aligned and allow the roller frames to swing for a smoother ride.

Balance rod tail pin
Properly lubriing work surfaces can significantly extend component life and help reduce maintenance costs.
An easily accessible service point on the left fender not only allows remote lubriion of the D10T2, but also allows the operator or service technician to lubrie the left and right stabilizer bar tail pins and tail pin bearings from a single service point.
With the addition of the optional automatic lubriion system, operators can customize the amount of grease required for each appliion based on volume and service intervals on the information display.

The evolution from D10T to D10T2 is all about maximizing productivity and fuel efficiency. Powerful and reliable, the C27 with ACERT Technology ensures optimal performance, high productivity and exceptional life.
The C27 ACERT engine produces 447 kW (600 hp) of full rated net power (SAE J1349/ISO 9249) at 1,800 rpm with a torque rise of up to 21% (forward), enabling the D10T2 to doze through tough material.
When paired with a high-efficiency torque divider and electronically controlled powershift transmission, the machine delivers years of reliable operation.

Power Management
The C27 ACERT engine features the A4E4 engine controller, which automatically switches engine power settings based on travel direction, giving you the most material moving per drop of fuel.
The D10T2 delivers a rated net power of 538 kW (722 hp) in reverse (SAE J1349/ISO 9249).
With approximately 20 percent more power in reverse, you can return faster, resulting in faster cycle times, increased productivity, and lower unit material moved costs.

Air-to-Air Aftercooling
Increase engine power, reduce emissions, and improve fuel efficiency by supplying more cool air. • The air-to-air aftercooling system on the D10T2 cools the compressed hot air from the turbocharger, providing denser, cooler air to the intake system.

Aluminum Bare Wall Radiator - 6 FPI
The cooling system features a two-piece radiator with a rugged, efficient aluminum bare wall core. Aluminum bare wall construction provides durability, excellent heat transfer and excellent corrosion resistance.

Hydraulic Oil to Air Cooler
The hydraulic oil to air cooler helps save on repair and maintenance costs by reducing hydraulic oil temperatures, which extends component life. Hydraulic Variable Speed Demand Fan With the hydraulic variable speed demand fan, customers can increase production, improve fuel economy, reduce fan noise and avoid engine overcooling. The fan operates based on ambient conditions. In cooler environments, the fan runs at a slower speed; it consumes less power to cool the dozer systems, allowing more power to be transferred to the tracks, helping to reduce the cost per unit of material moved.
