Product Description
Quay cranes and Floating crane |
The basic rule of the dock crane lifting operation is that the crane staff must understand the working environment, the shape and structure of the heavy object, the weight of the heavy object, and accurately match the lifting tools and equipment before carrying out the lifting operation. Even if only one aspect is not done well, the lifting operation will lose the foundation of safety and efficiency.
Before the dock crane starts to operate, the size, unevenness, weight, shape, structure, material properties and various complex coefficients of the heavy object must be considered. In some lifting operations, various conditions such as the terrain, equipment, and buildings at the time must also be considered.
Product composition: Generally speaking, the power unit of the fixed crane is composed of six different parts, and the functions of these six different parts are also very different. For example, one of the components of its power unit, and also an important component, is what we usually call the motor. This type of motor belongs to the magnetic motor, and its capacitance is unidirectional. During production and design, a power-off mechanism is also set up, that is, once the power is cut off, the crane will stop working. At the same time, in order to avoid the motor from being damaged or even burned due to excessive temperature and heat generated during operation, a switch for controlling the temperature is also installed on the motor. Once the temperature of the motor reaches a certain value, the switch will automatically close, and then the motor will stop working.
A floating crane is a boom-type crane that installs a lifting machine on a special hull or pontoon. It can carry out loading and unloading operations between ship and shore or ship and ship. The turntable of this machine has a low center of gravity, good stability, and flexible operation. It is an ideal loading and unloading equipment for the Yangtze River and inner lakes. This model has both hooks and grabs. Floating cranes are also called crane ships or floating cranes. Inland ports use non-self-propelled crane ships, which usually have different types of cranes installed on the deck of a square ship, and then equipped with ship mooring equipment and living facilities. Small and medium-sized floating cranes generally use shore power supply. If it is self-propelled, a propulsion system needs to be installed.
Product classification:
It can be divided into loading and unloading type and lifting type. Loading and unloading floating cranes are mainly used in inland ports to complete the loading and unloading of bulk cargo such as piece goods, coal, sand and other goods. The lifting capacity of this type of crane ship is not large. In order to meet the productivity requirements, the working speed of each mechanism is high. The arm system is complex and can rotate 360°. The pontoon for placing the crane generally uses a non-powered rectangular flat-bottomed boat.
Hoisting floating cranes are mainly used to complete lifting work under special conditions such as heavy and large objects, large lifting heights or deep underwater depths. The productivity requirements of this type of floating crane are secondary, so the speed parameters of the main mechanism are very low, but other non-speed parameter values become very high.
