Product Description
Fixed crane and Fixed crane (wire rope) |
Fixed cranes refer to cranes that are fixed on a foundation or supported on a pedestal and can only work in situ. They are divided into three categories: fixed tower cranes, deck cranes, and cantilever cranes. Fixed cranes can carry out loading and unloading operations between shore and ship. They have high working efficiency, good operating stability, and flexible operation. They are ideal loading and unloading equipment for inland rivers and lakes. They are particularly suitable for large-scale loading and unloading operations at docks. Users can choose to configure hooks or grabs. Using hooks or grabs for work, they can load and unload with full working range, such as steel, bagged goods, wood, etc. When using multi-limb special hooks, multiple pieces of goods can be lifted at a time. When equipped with electromagnetic suction cups, scrap steel can be lifted.
Technical data:
1. The standard section has a large cross-section (1500x1500), good rigidity, and the whole machine is stable and has small swing when lifting weights.
2. The material model of the main limbs of the standard section is large (<100x100x10 or <125x125x10).
3. The electrical system uses domestic high-quality or imported original parts, and the performance is stable and reliable.
4. The main parts (positions) such as the standard section connecting sleeve, tie rod, upper and lower turntable are all welded by CO2 gas shielded welding, with large melting depth and small deformation. The standard sections can be interchangeably combined.
5. The lifting mechanism has good speed regulation performance, and the lifting and lowering are stable without impact.
Among port machinery, fixed cranes are more common, which can help us complete the lifting and loading and unloading of materials. However, there is a prominent problem in the equipment, that is, the friction problem of the spreader. In order to extend the service life of the device and ensure the safety of the operation, we must find a way to reduce its friction. Since the rolling friction coefficient is significantly smaller than the sliding friction coefficient, that is to say, the reason why rolling is more labor-saving is because the friction is relatively small. Therefore, when lifting heavy materials, you might as well try this method, which is also beneficial to fixed cranes. Secondly, if the lubricity of the contact surface of the object can be increased, the required tension can be reduced, so the best way is to apply lubricating oil. The crane wire rope generally fixes a section of the rope head first, then winds the drum, then passes around the movable pulley, fixed pulley, movable pulley, and finally fixes the other end of the wire rope. The commonly used wire rope varieties for cranes are manganese phosphating coated wire rope and galvanized wire rope.
