HLIS high-frequency high-acceleration horizontal impact test bench is a high-energy, high-frequency impact collision environment test equipment used to simulate the impact and response of the test piece during continuous shooting of firearms. The maximum impact frequency can reach 600 times per minute. At the highest impact frequency, the maximum impact acceleration peak can reach 1500g. It has the characteristics of good repeatability, simple operation, safety and reliability.
Working principle:
It adopts a two-way working cylinder, and the pulse working pressure gas source is input by the two-way pneumatic piston seat and the high-frequency and high-flow control valve installed below to drive the impact response table to reciprocate. The PC controls the motor to adjust the speed to control the speed of the high-frequency and high-flow valve, so that the impact response table works at a frequency of 500~600 times/minute.
Features:
a. Used to simulate the impact of the specimen under continuous high-speed impact to assess the specimen's adaptability to such impact, working reliability and structural integrity;
b. High impact frequency: the highest continuous impact frequency can reach 600 times/min;
c. The maximum impact response spectrum peak can reach 1500g;
d. Convenient operation and easy maintenance;
e. The magnitude of acceleration depends on the set pressure and will not decrease with the increase of impact frequency;
f. The magnitude of impact acceleration, impact frequency, number of impacts and impact time can all be set by computer.
