IS Series Impact Test Benches |
IS series shock test bench is used to measure and determine the shock resistance of products or packages. IS can conduct conventional shock tests with half-sine wave, trapezoidal wave, post-peak sawtooth wave and other waveforms to achieve the shock wave and impact energy suffered by the product in the actual environment, thus helping to systematically improve or optimize the product packaging structure.
The IS series impact test bench is an impact test system based on the Windows operating system. It has a friendly control interface. The operator only needs to simply input the test parameters. The system will control the operation of the equipment according to the configuration parameters and accurately complete the impact test.
It has a secondary impact braking device: the impact table falls freely onto the impact waveform pad. After rebounding, the hydraulic brake piston moves, the impact table is braked, and no second impact occurs.
It has an efficient table body vibration reduction device: For large impact test benches, the instantaneous impact force is very large during the impact test. The efficient table body vibration reduction device greatly reduces the impact on the ground. It does not require a special foundation and is very convenient to install.
Impact height digital setting: The impact table automatically rises to the set height, with high control accuracy and good repeatability of impact data.
The configured impact measurement system can display the impact measurement data and waveform in real time.
A high acceleration generator can be configured. For small specimens, high acceleration impact tests are required. The high acceleration generator can be fixed on the table of the impact test bench. According to the impact kinetic energy transfer principle, a higher impact acceleration can be obtained than the IS type impact bench. For specimens smaller than 200×200mm, the impact test indicators are: the peak impact acceleration can reach 5000-50000m/s2, and the acceleration duration is 0.2-1ms
