NBS 3100 Vibrating Sample Magnetometer Measurement System
The 3100 series vibrating sample magnetometer is a magnetic material measurement system independently developed by Shenzhen Noble Trading Co., Ltd. It is the first commercial VSM in China with a magnetic moment measurement noise level of 10-8emu (1.5x10*emu noise floor at 10s/point). Noble has extensive experience in the introduction and promotion of magnetic measurement equipment, agency sales and technical services internationally. We have summarized the advantages of existing vibrating sample magnetometers on the market and incorporated the design concept of vibrating sample magnetometers on superconducting magnets to design a new generation of products with first-class performance, balanced functions and rich options on the platform of electromagnets.
1. Hysteresis loop (M-H)
The hysteresis loop (M-H) can be tested to obtain parameters such as coercive force, residual magnetization, saturation, AC remanence and magnetic moment;
2. Magnetic moment temperature curve (M-T)
The magnetic moment temperature curve (M-T) can be tested. With the low temperature option, the superconducting transition temperature can be obtained, and with the high temperature option, the Curie temperature point can be obtained;
3. Integrated signal acquisition device
The magnetic moment signal acquisition coil and the Gauss meter probe are integrated, which takes up less space, is more convenient to install, and the cable is more reliable;
4. Excellent amplitude stability
The introduction of high-precision laser displacement sensors can Resolve 1μm amplitude changes, form closed-loop control with the sample vibration drive system, and achieve 10mm amplitude for a long time (24h) 50000 (5μm) stability;
5. Infinite rotation

The comprehensive design of option replacement and alignment device ensures that the sample does not "hit the wall" when vibrating vertically to the ground; high and low temperature options also support vector magnetic moment test;
9. High-speed data acquisition
The measurement speed has achieved a revolutionary breakthrough, and the magnetic moment, magnetic field and temperature values can be continuously collected at 10ms intervals to ensure that users can capture any details that change rapidly during the measurement process; the rate of change of the electromagnetic magnetic field is as high as 100000e/s, which is a rate that superconducting magnets cannot have; at high-speed magnetic field change rate and high-speed data acquisition rate, a hysteresis loop can be obtained in 14s;
10. Excellent measurement accuracy and repeatability
The specially designed electromagnetic pole head gap adjustment method ensures that the sample no longer needs to adjust the center in the left and right directions; the extremely precise mechanical design ensures that the sample is always in the front and back center of the acquisition coil; the new concept of electric lifting system can automatically complete the adjustment of the sample center position in the up and down directions; the above three aspects of design can greatly improve the accuracy and repeatability of measurement.
