In actual vibration testing, the specimen or fixture is often larger than the dynamic table of the electric table. At this time, the original table needs to be extended. The common method is to install an auxiliary extension table. There are strict requirements for the extension table in terms of operating frequency, table weight, table acceleration, amplitude uniformity and lateral movement. The HE series extension table provides a larger mounting table than the dynamic coil for vertical testing. The extension table is made of lightweight magnesium alloy or aluminum alloy materials with a high strength-to-weight ratio. For small-sized fixtures, cheaper aluminum alloy materials can be selected with a small increase in overall mass. The extension table can test multiple projects at the same time, reducing testing time. The extension table equipped with load support guides can reliably install and test large specimens and reduce the risk of damaging the vibration table suspension system. The extension table with guides can be used to simulate the testing of large and heavy equipment under harsh transportation conditions, and can also be used to test equipment with more stringent test conditions with additional constraints and loads. The fixture can also be designed and manufactured in full accordance with the customer's test sample installation needs. Cubic, L and T-type fixtures can be used to test multiple small parts. For triaxial testing, cubic, L and T-type fixtures are the first choice for customers, without the need for additional horizontal slides. The fixture design uses the latest software for FEM calculations, which can ensure the design of fixtures with excellent dynamic performance.
