Product introduction:
Fixed crane, installed on the dock shore, suitable for berths of 1,000 tons and 10,000 tons, can be used for loading and unloading cargo between the shore and the ship, or between cargo ships. Generally, it adopts a truss or box beam structure arm, and adopts a rack-type variable-length structure, which can rotate 360 degrees. It is equipped with a hook or grab bucket to load and unload cargo (it can also be equipped with an electromagnetic suction cup, multi-limb rigging, container sling, etc.). This product has the characteristics of compact structure, stable and reliable operation, high operating efficiency, convenient operation, easy maintenance, and low failure rate.
Equipment maintenance:
(1) For the damaged parts of the paint film on the metal structure, the surface of the component should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust paint and decorative paint film to protect the metal surface from rust after rain and snow.
(2) In the movable parts of the crane, such as the connecting pins between the sling and the crane, the guide wheels, the wheels of the trolley, etc., the anti-rust work should be done carefully. After stopping the machine, you can first clean these parts with a brush to remove impurities, moisture, rust spots, etc. that may cause rust, and then use -10 or -20 diesel on these parts. Because -10 or -20 diesel has stronger permeability than engine oil, the loaded hinged parts can penetrate into it, forming an oil film on the metal surface. Because of its low freezing point, it can resist low temperatures.
(3) After cleaning and lubricating with diesel, apply a layer of grease. Calcium-based or lithium-based grease is a good choice, because these two greases have good mechanical stability, adhesion and water resistance, and the freezing point can reach -20 degrees. When applying grease, the coating should not be too thick.
Rust prevention of dock cranes is a key task and cannot be sloppy. Therefore, maintenance and anti-rust work of dock cranes must be done regularly to be effective.
