Various types of ship loaders are mainly composed of onboard conveyors, loading chutes, working mechanisms (such as boom telescopic, pitching, rotation and whole machine walking mechanisms) and metal structures, drives, control systems, etc. The working principle of bulk ship loader is relatively simple: the materials on the dock feeding conveyor are transferred to the onboard conveyor through the funnel on the ship loader, and the onboard conveyor transports the materials to the chute at the end of the boom, and then the chute is dropped and loaded onto the ship. In order to reduce dust during loading operations, the chute is usually designed to be retractable.
