Screw ship unloader is a bulk material continuous unloading machine that uses the mechanical rotation of the screw mechanism to lift the material vertically and convey it horizontally to the conveying system on the dock. It is mainly composed of vertical arm, horizontal arm, turntable, gantry and feeder. The vertical arm and horizontal arm are equipped with spiral blade conveyors, and the head of the vertical arm is equipped with a reverse screw feeder. The unloading capacity is 100t/h~3000t/h, and it is suitable for ships of 500DWT~100000DWT.
Application industry:
Screw ship unloaders are widely used in ports, power, chemical, food and other industries. They are suitable for horizontal, vertical or any angle unloading. They are mainly used to transport powdered, granular or small-sized materials with light weight, good fluidity and low abrasiveness, such as cement, coal ash, mineral powder, fertilizer, cereals, etc. During the ship unloading operation, the reverse screw feeder at the head of the vertical arm is first lowered into the material to be unloaded to loosen and take the material. Under the action of the feeder, the material enters the vertical spiral tube. Under the action of the friction between the spiral tube wall and the spiral surface, the material slides relative to the spiral blades, and has a vertical upward movement component, so that it is vertically lifted into the horizontal arm, and then transported to the predetermined material receiving point through the horizontal screw conveyor in the horizontal arm.
Product advantages:
The main advantages of the screw ship unloader are relatively high ship unloading efficiency, simple structure, small mass, good environmental performance, simple operation, small amount of cargo clearance, low noise, etc.; its disadvantages are poor adaptability to large pieces of material, serious wear of working components, high energy consumption, and it is not suitable for conveying perishable, sticky, and easy-to-cake materials.
Product classification:
Screw ship unloaders are divided into mobile and fixed types according to whether the whole machine is movable. Among them, the mobile screw ship unloader has a walking mechanism and can move along the track laid on the dock; the fixed screw ship unloader is more suitable for inland docks, and its effective operating arm width should meet the needs of the ship width, and the operation needs in the direction of the ship length can be met by moving the ship. In addition, there are floating screw ship unloaders installed on pontoons, tire-type screw ship unloaders installed on rubber tires or cars, etc.
