Negative pressure cement ship loader and Swing ship loader

Negative pressure cement ship loader is a special equipment for bulk cement loading, and can also be used for loading non-corrosive, low-abrasive powder materials in other industries such as building materials, electricity, metallurgy, coal and chemical industry. The side feed joint of the cement ship loader is equipped with a dust collection interface. During loading, the dust-containing gas is drawn to the dust collector through the dust collection interface for treatment and then discharged, so that dust-free loading operation can be achieved. The micro-pressure full material controller used for automatic alarm and shutdown when the material is full has high sensitivity and good reliability. It is not affected by environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, magnetic field, sound wave, vibration and mechanical shock. It can effectively prevent the overflow of full material and implement automatic control.
The swing-type ship loader is composed of a large-span steel bridge arranged perpendicular to the front line of the wharf and the supporting structures at both ends of the bridge. It is a loading and unloading machine with a fixed rear support as the rotation center, and the front support runs on the track through the walking mechanism so that the whole machine swings around the rear support. According to the different front support walking tracks, it can be divided into linear swing-type ship loaders and arc swing-type ship loaders.
The belt conveyor on the swing-type ship loader bridge has a telescopic function with the movement of the loading trolley, and the operating coverage is a fan-shaped. This type of machine has a simple structure and a small mass, but it occupies a large layout area and the construction of the arc track is relatively difficult. At present, it is mostly used in inland port terminals in China.
